In my opinion the use of Video Tape Recorder (VTR) for Development of Realistic Mathematics in the junior high school was pretty good. Because the teacher can use theVTR, the opportunity to test the concrete objects and environment objects can be used as a context for learning mathematics in building mathematical connections through social interaction, opportunities to explore and reflect on learning math concepts realistic, the chance to exchange experience with other teachers about the development of realisticmathematics learning, the opportunity to reflect on the preparation of teaching and learning process (PBM) in junior high school mathematics in accordance with the principles ofPMRI, the opportunity to reflect on the development of learning resources for teaching and learning process (PBM) in junior high school mathematics in accordance with theprinciples of PMRI principles, the opportunity to reflect on the development of assessmentactivities for teaching and learning process (PBM) in junior high school mathematics in accordance with the principles of PMRI. But when this VTR is not necessarily applicable in all junior high in Indonesia Due to various factors that cause delay in procurement of VTR.Besides the funds for the procurement of VTR is not small, because in Indonesia there are still many schools that have a minimum of funds. Never mind the VTR, the computer just is not all schools have. So when this new VTR can be applied by the schools that have been advanced.
